If being in a large gym is intimidating our area has an array of other options like personal trainers or smaller gyms such as Primal Fitness, Mercy Healthtracks, Jazzercise (FREE in January), The Meyer Center, Chesterfield Family Center and so many more!
Don’t forget that the outlying communities of Nixa, Seymour and Ozark have large community centers with fitness classes, pools, indoor tracks, weights, basketball, volleyball, Zumba, and childcare. There are also a few really cool and locally owned Crossfit gyms, Rage Fitness and a 417 Mag favorite THE STUDIO in Nixa.
